We create a nursery environment that is safe, caring, stimulating with learning opportunities always plentiful.
We have a wide range of enjoyable learning activities that enables children to learn, develop and fulfill their potential, in addition to our structured and planned daily activities.
Our staff are dedicated and a never- ending commitment to the children. We carefully select highly experienced and qualified staff for their ability to provide warm and consistent care.
They have good understanding of the developing physical, emotional and intellectual needs of the children.
All our staff are vetted to meet stringent requirements set by Ofsted. Prior to starting work, satisfactory references from the most recent former employers and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services checks are obtained for each member of staff we employ.
These checks are updated on a regular basis regardless of lenght of service. Some of our staff are qualifed to degree levels and with Early years professional status, we encourage trainees to complete their qualification.
All staff receive training in safeguarding children, paediatric first aid, moving and handling, food hygiene.
All training needs are individually assessed and further training needs are provided as required.
Our main priority of our staff team is to ensure the health and safety of the children at all times.
